Returns
All items bought on SULTRYCHICLABEL.COM will be considered as FINAL SALE. In order to keep our customers safe from the spread of COVID-19 we are currently UNABLE to accept any returns. We advise you to go through the size guide and take your measurements properly before making your purchase.
Damaged items and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via e-mail at support@sultrychiclabel.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In the event, your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please DO NOT remove the tags attached and contact us within 7 business days from the date of delivery and we will evaluate the issue and process a store credit in the value of such item.
Refunds
In the event that your damaged item(s) is accepted for refund in store credit, please allow us up to fifteen (15) business days after package delivery is received to process the store credit refund for your item(s).
